Return Policy
At Pretty Girlz Prints, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made-to-order, stationery-based, or personal-use items, we ask that you review our policy below before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- made-to-order items
- personalized or custom items
- digital downloads
- used or opened products
- paper goods, journals, planners, notepads, or stationery items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Please make sure your order details and shipping address are correct before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@prettygirlzprints.com.
Please include:
- your full name
- order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work to make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered for:
- items that arrived damaged
- defective products
- incorrect items sent by our shop
Refunds will not be issued for:
- buyer’s remorse
- accidental orders
- shipping delays caused by the carrier
- minor color variations due to screen settings
- incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, Pretty Girlz Prints is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Please use your tracking information to follow your shipment and contact the carrier directly for delivery questions.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided on digital downloads.
Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
