Thank you for shopping with Pretty Girlz Prints. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. During high-volume periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days for U.S. orders, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@prettygirlzprints.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, Pretty Girlz Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • check around your delivery location
  • ask household members or neighbors
  • contact the shipping carrier directly
  • file a claim with the carrier if needed

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@prettygirlzprints.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
